The Rooms |

Bedrooms The bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. On the First floor There are two double en-suite rooms at the front of the house, with views towards Ingleborough. At the rear of the house is a twin room which has splendid views of the valley and river. This room has a private bathroom (shower) located immediately outside the bedroom door. On the Second (top) floor There is one bedroom with a double bed and a 2ft 6in wide single bed, it is let as a double or a twin. There is a private bathroom (shower) located one metre from the bedroom door. As this floor is at the top of the house it is quite private. |

Breakfast room This is a lovely room which is located on the first floor, but away from the bedrooms. Terrace Guests are invited to use the terrace which is high above the river valley, provides great views and gets the afternoon sunshine. |  Terrace |
