The Rooms |

Bedrooms The bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. On the First floor There are two double en-suite rooms at the front of the house. Also a room with a double bed and a single bed, this room can be used as a double, a twin or a family. It has a private bathroom (shower) located immediately outside the bedroom door. This room is at the rear of the house and overlooks the river. On the Second (top) floor There is a three room suite, with all rooms independently accessed from the landing. It comprises one family room (1 x double bed + 1 x 2ft 6in wide single bed), one twin room and a bathroom (shower). As this floor is at the top of the stairs it provides a private area and is thus ideal for families or groups. |

Breakfast room This is a lovely room which is located on the first floor, but away from the bedrooms. x x x x x x x x x x x x x x Lounge A spacious room, with TV, books, magazines and games.
