Things to do in and around Ingleton
Walking

Waterfalls Walk - 4.5 miles (8Km) along two river valleys, passing through ancient woodland glens and magnificent Dales scenery. Along both rivers are a number of spectacular waterfalls.

Walk the walk "The Three Peaks of Yorkshire", 25 miles over three 2000 feet peaks. Alternatively, do one a day!

  • Whitescar Cave

  • Ribblehead Viaduct

  • Norber Eratics

  • Hardraw Force and Aysgarth Falls (both in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves)

  • Malham Cove, Gordale Scar and Janet's Foss

  • Trough of Bowland

  • Lakes Windermere and Coniston (30 minutes by car)

  • Drive through the Dales and enjoy the countryside.

    Alternatively

    Try the heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal).

    Visit the local shops.

    Have a drink, or a meal, in one of the pubs or cafes.
